After the sermon, we immediately listened to the classic hymn “Give Me Jesus” in order to reflect on the sermon and on the Holy Week ahead. Perhaps you’d like to do the same as you respond?
Sadly, this week, in all the excitement of our Family Worship Service, we didn’t manage to record the sermon. Happily, though, we do have Georgie’s sermon notes available for download right here! Enjoy!
The recording is below is just missing its first two sentences:
“Last week we celebrated Epiphany. Jesus’ birth was the ultimate appearance or ‘epiphany’ of the Living God right in the middle of our messed-up world, when He came to personally switch the lights back on for people from every nation, tribe and language.”
Everything else is there… now enjoy this one-off sermon from the week after Epiphany. We hope it’s a little glimpse (or a big one) of the Living God’s heart for the nations, and for each individual tribe!
